Edward A. C. Frederick (Eddie), has been working as an “Image Management Consultant” and “Human Resource Development/Training Specialist” locally, regionally and within recent times in the US. He boasts of two prestigious certifications: Certified Caribbean Hospitality Trainer, CCHT – having undergone extensive training in the Bahamas, under the auspices of the Caribbean Tourism Organisation (CTO) in a program funded by the European Union, Certified Radisson Trainer, CRT – Minnesota, Minneapolis – US

He attended several other supplemental training and development sessions otherwise in London and Miami. His first discipline is Human Resource Development Training & Motivation. During his extensive experience, Mr. Frederick has been retained by the following international organizations: The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), The Organization of American States (OAS), Canada Training Awards Project (C-TAP), The European Union (EU), Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and the United States Embassy, Grenada.

Several Grenadian companies, as well as regional (Caribbean) organizations, benefit from his expertise as a social skills motivational trainer. Mr.   Frederick cherishes his long and fruitful association with the multiple internationally awarded AAHS – 6 Star/Diamond and AAA – 5 Diamond Spice Island Beach Resort. He has also forged a rewarding relationship with the regionally and internationally recognised “Belmont Estate” – a rural Echo-Tourism entity which delivers way beyond the expectations of all its visitors. Within recent times, he has been working keenly with select leading corporate businesses in the US – to bring a positive focus on improved productivity and delivery of Quality Customer Care – through motivated team players.”
